Her experience includes marketing and sales support to launch new services, campaigns to grow sales and accounts, build market presence and client relationships and storytelling using customer and contract data to build case studies, credentials and showcase results. She is accustomed to working in fast-paced, financially driven environments in complex businesses, particularly those in the financial services, outsourcing and re/insurance sectors and companies looking to market to central and local government.
Diane holds a degree in Business Studies (with marketing) and Diplomas from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and The Market Research Society.
