In the re/insurance sector, we work with re/insurance brokers, insurance service providers and outsourcing companies on marketing and sales support projects that build client relationships and turn technical content into meaningful client-facing material.
Our projects include launching new services, branding, web content and campaigns to support key industry events in the London market and globally including Monte Carlo Rendez-Vous and PCI. We also work closely with brokers and client relationship teams on client presentations, account planning and pipeline reporting.

Almost five years (full time) supporting the senior management team at Towers Watson (now JLT) across all divisions (followed by freelance projects). Supported the renewal season via client material and presentations (as per Hiscox above), built presence and profile in media and at industry events and created processes around pipeline supporting and account plans.
We worked with Diane to produce printed materials to support our client’s renewal programme. Both we and the client, including some of their senior directors, were very pleased with the finished product and they have been a great aid during our meetings with reinsurers.
Launched Fees Direct+ (now Verometrix) – the end-to-end expert management solution for the Lloyd’s and insurance company markets – for Xchanging. Deliverables included a PR programme, client presenations, video and social media, print and e-brochures and a client launch event. We also launched Netsett, a central accounting and net settlement service to the global re/insurance market with Deutsche Bank.
Diane quickly got up to speed on our service offering and we had full confidence in her running our marketing programme. She worked alongside us at every stage from messaging and naming through to marketing collateral and managing a launch event which delivered new clients.
Branding for new a Capital Markets divison at AHJ, a privately owned Lloyd’s broking company. This included creating a look and feel and image library that would support the business as it grew.
